What we do with your details

The details you type into the application: business name, category, WhatsApp number, email address, Instagram or website link, starting price and the areas you work in.

To review your application, check your past work, call you, and email you to confirm your application and tell you the result. We do not sell your details or share them with couples before you are approved.

When you open a category on this site we count it, using a random ID stored in your browser. It is not your name or phone number. We use the counts to decide which vendors to find first. Clearing your browser data removes the ID.

The Vendors4U team, our database provider, which stores it for us, and our email provider, which sends you our emails.

Until your application is declined or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Approved vendors keep an account while they stay listed.
